Barry has been with The Climate Center since 2005 and now leads its program and policy teams. He is also the force behind the organization’s Community Energy Resilience project\, which led to a new $170 million investment program by the California Energy Commission in 2022. \nBarry will update us on the organization’s 2026 Policy Priorities.
