Keeping our water clean and our biodiversity rich while providing recreation on watershed lands has been an ongoing challenge for Bay Area water providers. Lisa Wayne, Watershed and Recreation Manager for Crystal Springs Watershed and Scott Hill, Manager of Watershed and Recreation for East Bay Municipal Utility District, will share the challenges and successes they have found. The topic is timely as Marin Water will have completed their five public workshops on this topic.
We will also be getting an update on the “Slow and Say Hello” Program and discuss sending our Draft Biodiversity and Climate Change Policy to the Board for consideration.”
