Tim Rosenfeld is a principal in HMW International, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in the development of sustainable energy policies and programs for governments both domestically and internationally. Tim has worked for over 25 years in the energy efficiency and renewable energy field, first with the California Energy Commission in the late 1970s and later developing wind farms in the 1980s. For the past ten years, he has helped many Bay area communities establish programs to increase energy efficiency and use of renewable energy, and keep more dollars in the local economies.
