Environmental Forum of Marin’s thirty-eighth Sustainable Earth Forum class

Eighteen sessions beginning August 31, 2010.

The program has four components:

  • field study, to establish an intimate understanding of the physical world
  • classroom study, to understand the complexity of environmental and sustainability issues through interactive sessions with experts
  • advocacy training, to gain the skills for effective communication and positioning necessary to successfully promote solutions
  • projects/internships, to practice making change happen

Rooted in the natural world and the local community, the Forum inspires awe of nature, imparts deep understanding of today's environmental challenges, and teaches the skills necessary to influence positive change. For 38 years the Forum has generated environmental leaders who have founded organizations, influenced public policy and created positive change in their homes, communities and businesses.

Sustainable Earth Forum is offered once a year.  Visit the website to register or contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for more details.
