Ann Thomas, Director, Corte Madera

annthomas_2010Ann Thomas, who has been active in Marin County environmental, health and election issues for many years, returns to the MCL Board for a two-year term ending 2012. Formerly a member of the Kentfield Planning Advisory Board, Ann is a current board member of the American Association of University Women/Marin Branch and the Friends of Corte Madera Creek Watershed, as well as District 4 Representative for the Marin County Central Democratic Committee and an active member of Marin Baylands Advocates.

An experienced fundraiser and political organizer, Ann headed up the recent 2010 Save Our State Parks Initiative Campaign for MCL in Marin County and has organized and supervised six prior petition drives, all of which qualified for the ballot.
