The Marin County Planning Commission has issued its staff report on the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary's proposal to develop its 126-acre site on the Strawberry peninsula in Mill Valley. The plan includes addition of 19 more student units as well as 74 new homes. The staff report (link below) contains a complete description of the project. Although the project as proposed was not well-received by the Planning Commission, MCL will nonetheless be following the development proposal closely.
